Ed Mason-Smith
Director

Ed is a Director at CBO and Chartered Project Professional with extensive experience in project management and change delivery across both the public and private sectors.

Over the last nine years Ed has managed projects and supported clients from small teams to large multi-location organisations. This has covered areas of governance, risk management, organisational redesign, technology transformation and strategy.

His major project successes include project managing a number complex IT delivery programmes, data protection and compliance projects in the legal and utility sectors, project managing the definition of operating model redesign or improvement for a wider variety of organisations, and supporting the definition of project and programmes to reform cross-governmental public services.

Ed has a passion for improving the quality and reputation of project management both within the Channel Islands and internationally. As a result, he is an active member of the Association for Project Management (APM), the chartered body for the project profession, including taking on the Deputy Chair role on the APM Channel Islands Committee.
