View all

Peter Le Vallois has successfully attained the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis. Peter, who joined CBO in July 2022 as an experienced Business Analyst, had previously passed the required certifications but was forced to defer his final oral exam due to increased work pressures during the covid lockdowns, and the birth of twins.

Peter has pushed to complete the diploma since joining CBO, and supported by his colleagues has gained the well-deserved accreditation for his learning and experience. Peter’s diploma brings to life CBO’s focus on the learning and growth of our team and further adds to the depth of qualified professionals within the company.

‘CBO provides a healthy balance of client work, internal business development and personal development with regular check-ins to ensure that personal learning and growth is never sacrificed,’ said Peter.

‘Within the first 6 months of starting at CBO I worked with 4 diverse clients which enabled me to utilise many of the skills I learned through the BCS certifications. This coupled with internal development and our community of practice has helped to embed the learning in preparation for the oral exam. I’m proud to have passed and attain the full BCS Diploma and can now focus on expanding my skillset further.’
