CBO becomes a corporate partner of the Association for Project Management

As the chartered body for the project profession, the Association for Project Management (APM) is committed to the progression and development of project management capability, recognising the critical role that companies must play in this development. Its vision is a world in which all projects succeed, which will be achieved by advancing the science, theory and practice of project and programme management for the public benefit.

CBO is proud to become a more significant part of this community, as a corporate partner.

CBO has a reputation for high-quality project management, and this partnership provides a direct link to the APM and its best practice frameworks. CBO is committed to the training and qualifications of our team; as well as having two Chartered Project Managers, all CBO project managers complete the APM’s Project Management qualification as a minimum.

Ed Mason-Smith, CBO’s Project Services Director, said: ‘CBO has worked with the Association for Project Management frameworks for many years, and I have had the pleasure of working with the key players in the APM through my role as chair of the Channel Islands APM committee. This partnership provides CBO with opportunities to directly collaborate with the APM and other like-minded organisations to deliver high-quality projects.

‘As a growing business, this partnership adds depth to our quality management and extends our alignment to the APM’s best practice project approach. Working closely with the APM will allow CBO to reach deeper into the APM’s best practice frameworks and bring this quality to bear for our clients.’
