As a Channel Islands consultancy specialising in project delivery and transformation, we have expanded our Jersey team with the appointment of Fiona Robson and Kurt Moroney as Senior Consultants.
These appointments reflect continued demand for experienced project and transformation leadership across the Channel Islands. By strengthening our Jersey presence, we are further investing in our ability to support organisations delivering complex change.
Fiona Robson joins CBO with more than 20 years of experience in financial services. Her career spans private and retail banking, as well as trust and corporate services, working across multiple jurisdictions.
Fiona specialises in helping organisations turn strategy into practical delivery. She has led a range of initiatives including payments platform implementation, cash management transformation, and operating model redesign. With experience working closely with Boards and Executive Committees, she brings a strong understanding of governance, decision-making, and financial performance.
Kurt Moroney joins CBO with over 13 years of experience delivering digital and infrastructure programmes across both public and private sectors.
His background includes digital strategy, telecommunications, smart city initiatives, and data governance.
Kurt is known for helping organisations navigate technical complexity while keeping delivery focused on clear business outcomes. His work often centres on modernising infrastructure and introducing technology that supports long-term, scalable change.
