CBO, the award-winning Channel Islands consultancy, is delighted to announce that Lisa Ayres has been promoted to Senior Consultant.

Lisa joined CBO with a strong background in complex project delivery, but what’s stood out most is how she works day to day. She’s calm under pressure, organised without being rigid, and someone clients quickly come to rely on when things feel busy or uncertain.

Over the past few years, she’s worked across a range of projects – from system changes to process improvements – helping teams get clear on what needs to happen and then quietly making sure it does. She asks the right questions, listens properly, and takes the time to understand how things really work before suggesting changes.

This promotion reflects the way Lisa shows up for clients and colleagues alike: consistent, thoughtful and focused on doing good work that makes life easier for the people involved.
