Context

Healthspan was looking to rebrand their Pet supplement range, VetVits, to bring a new focused approach to their pet offering. This included rebranding of stock, launching a new dedicated website and creation of new branding and creative content. The key focus was to deliver a rebrand with structure and control without impacting business operations. CBO provided Project Management services and expertise to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of the rebrand and supporting activity.

Approach

The CBO approach to this project combined best practice from APM project management with a flexible understanding of Healthspan’s internal ways of working. This enabled CBO to implement a delivery model that was both structured and dynamic, which was essential when working within the fast-paced creative and digital environments.

Healthspan already had a clear Project Delivery structure in place. This enabled the project to be stood up at pace and follow the businesses clear Project Delivery pathway working closely with the Internal Project Management function.

CBO understands that strong Project Management brings real value in the creative space, especially when coordinating multiple connected workstreams from branding, packaging, e-commerce, through to operations. The CBO Project Manager ensured clarity of ownership, alignment of timelines, and confident decision-making throughout, supporting the structured delivery of the required changes.

Key to the successful delivery of this project was the alignment of specialist skills and expertise, across multiple departments within the business, coordinated by CBO’s Project Manager. This ensured the right people were focused on the right activities with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.

Impact

The rebranded VetVits range and new website were launched successfully in July 2025, with minimal go-live issues supported by detailed planning, risk management, and pace of delivery throughout the project. In just five months, a high-performing project structure was built, the brand was refreshed, the product range relaunched, and the website delivered on time and to high quality.

Throughout this project, CBO built strong working relationships across stakeholders, structured the project activity with robust governance processes, and ensured the delivery stayed on track. By providing independent project leadership, Healthspan’s internal teams could remain focused on their specialist roles, knowing the overall delivery was tightly managed.
