Summer Rodrigues Rito is a Consultant at CBO with a diverse background in project and change management, leading key initiatives in both public and private sectors.

Her experience spans across multiple industries and she has successfully managed projects in health and social care, consultancy and technology. These include:

• Playing a key role in Guernsey’s COVID-19 Response Team, leading a scheduling team to support the island’s PCR testing strategy.
• Restructuring and improving administration functions at a London clinic.
• Managing multiple technical project deliveries and developing a deeper knowledge of system upgrades and implementation.
• Leading the change management of vital patient record programmes within Guernsey’s health and social care industry.

Her qualifications include a degree in Environmental Conservation, CMI Level 5 Diploma, Change Management Foundation and Practitioner, and Prince 2.
