CBO Projects launches dedicated Change Management service line

CBO has launched a change management offering to help organisations on their transformation journey, ensuring that they reach their ambitions and make a lasting impact.

‘The aim is to provide our clients with a dedicated change management offering and change-specific services, to help them deal with the challenges that come with any transformation, and to support them to quickly realise the benefits,’ said CBO director Dominic Ash, who is heading up the new service line.

‘Our unique combination of project management expertise, coupled with explicit change management interventions, enables us to work collaboratively with our clients to plan, drive and embed change to achieve real results.’

CBO, a local management consultancy firm, support clients throughout the change lifecycle or at specific stages of the change. They can provide Change Managers to work client-side to deliver the change, conduct change management health-checks, and help organisations think about the change implications at the outset of their projects with change-focussed kick-off workshops.

Dom Ash and Kate Harbour

CBO consultant Kate Harbour, who will work alongside Mr Ash, added: ‘We listen to all the voices in the organisation and empathise. From day one we seek to build strong relationships across the organisation, so that ideas and information can be shared effectively. This helps all individuals in the organisation feel informed about the need for change and the benefits they will experience.’

‘Change management is about working at the organisational and individual level to create the required capability, and critically the commitment. With our technical ‘know-how’, practical ‘can-do’ experience, and simple framework we help our clients take the critical actions at the right time to deliver the change successfully,’ said Mr Ash.
