Camilla Moore has been appointed to the role of Senior Consultant at CBO.
Previously, Camilla was the Head of Business Governance for a UK government department, before moving back to Guernsey in 2022. This involved developing and implementing strategic plans, as well as leading change management initiatives across several business areas.
Before this, she worked on major offshore infrastructure projects in Europe, providing risk management consultancy services.
‘I’m looking forward to meeting new clients and engaging in the variety of projects that CBO works on. I’m also looking forward to working with the team and getting stuck into the problem-solving aspects of projects,’ she said.
‘I have a wide range of experience within both the private and public sectors, including programme and project management, change management, risk management, business governance and operational delivery.
‘I’m also passionate about diversity and equality and believe the best projects are delivered through inclusion, communication and collaboration.’ Camilla graduated with a Master of Science in Maritime Archaeology, with distinction, in 2010, and undertook a PhD in Maritime Archaeology in 2016, specialising in risk management of hazardous shipwrecks, before graduating in 2021.
Outside of work she enjoys swimming, windsurfing and working towards her RYA Yachtmaster qualification for sailing.
