Senior consultant Tim Smart joins CBO

Tim Smart has joined CBO as a senior consultant – project manager.

Tim has delivered a wide range of projects in the retail and finance sectors including multi million pound product development programmes incorporating new administration systems, business processes and online customer services.

He was a member of the change board at a large multinational wealth solutions provider where he was responsible for the implementation of new project governance, procedures and artefacts.

‘I have always viewed CBO as the leading provider of project management services in the Channel Islands due to the depth and breadth of skills and knowledge across the team so I’m really excited to be starting my consultancy career with them. I can draw from knowledge gained on a diverse range of projects to help deliver what CBO’s customers need,’ said Tim.

‘My hands on approach will fit well with how CBO projects work with their customers, and my customer service background always compels me to go the extra mile and ensure our clients are completely satisfied.’

Tim is a member of the Association of Project Management, Prince 2 Foundation & Practitioner, Prince 2 Agile Practitioner and has achieved ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
