Katy is a practiced IT and Business Change professional, with prior experience leading multi-jurisdictional teams to deliver scalable and futureproof solutions.

Katy, who moved from the UK to Guernsey in 2020 and is operating primarily within the finance sector, has delivered on a range of projects and strategic initiatives, including:

• an IT Infrastructure migration
• multiple core system implementations
• the development of MI frameworks and reporting suites
• delivering data and compliance remediations
• the design and delivery of company target operating models
• developing and implementing change governance frameworks
• the design and delivery of data and technology strategies

Her work spans the end-to-end project life cycle, and she has hands on experience of driving all project phases with both large and small project teams. Katy is also experienced in the supplier RFP process and subsequent vendor contract negotiations.

With a background in data analytics and programming, Katy promotes the importance of quality data to underpin software implementations and automation initiatives.
