With five years of experience as a COO for a UK property company, Jason has a depth of experience in championing change within a fast-paced and dynamic business model. Jason played a central role in developing his previous company into a market-leading competitor, focusing particularly on operations, business strategy and growth.

Jason’s core competencies include change and process management, data analysis and staff training and development. Jason is currently studying towards an MSc in Systems Thinking in Practice. This management discipline, with its proven analytical framework, provides tools to think strategically and challenge approaches to tackling complex situations, aiding strategic intervention. He also achieved a BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis in 2023.
