Dom has over 20 years professional experience working within management consultancy supporting organisations across their most complex challenges.
He has a broad base of experience from leading major transformation programmes through to delivering smaller discrete projects working with senior clients in blue-chip organisations.
Dom joined CBO Projects in September 2018 and is now a Director, with responsibility for leading the Consulting and Change Management service lines. His skills and background include:
Dom is a qualified Project Manager with APM PMQ certification (2018) / Prince2 Practitioner (2009) and a qualified Change Manager with APMG Change Management Practitioner (2020).
Dom really enjoys working ‘client-side’ as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams, helping develop strategy, shape direction and support key decision-making to enable clients to deliver their transformation and achieve the desired outcomes.
