Dominic Ash

Dominic is a Director at CBO with nearly 20 years’ professional experience working within management consultancy.

Before relocating from the UK back to Guernsey, Dom delivered roles at each stage of the programme lifecycle, from strategy and business analysis to implementation and programme/portfolio management.

Dom has a broad base of experience, from leading major transformation programmes through to delivering smaller, discrete projects working with senior clients in blue-chip organisations ranging across finance, IT, packaging, retail, health and utilities as well as the public sector.

Prior to joining CBO in 2018, Dom’s recent major roles include:

  • Leading a transformation programme at a large FTSE 250 retail company, working with the CIO and the IT leadership team to develop their IT strategy, define their Target Operating Model and the supporting roadmap and implementation plan.
  • Programme managing the planning and preparation of a key central government department to ensure it was operationally ready for Brexit.
