Thomas “Tom” was born on the Isle of Man and holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science. He has a high level of technical expertise, garnered from a keen interest and extensive career in testing, monitoring and test strategy. He has previously held Business Analyst and Finance Analyst roles, so brings with him specific sector knowledge and great analytic skills.

Tom has been involved in several successful projects, including:

• Setting up a global testing team.
• Acting as a Scrum lead for multiple teams to deliver value and projects on a fortnightly basis.
• Writing automation frameworks to test a variety of software products, notably an e-commerce site generating billions in annual revenue and the integration of an AI large language processing model.
• Leading business automation, technology stack overhauls, and a number of software integrations.

Tom is enthusiastic about being the go-to support for our client’s testing needs, working alongside our Business Analysts and Project Mangers to ensure that technical solutions are not only easy to implement and understand, but also highly effective.
