Rudi’s experience as a senior consultant translated into becoming our Head of Assurance. He has spent over 20 years in C-level executive roles within the financial industry. The last eight years have been spent as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer of a subsidiary of an international private bank.

In this role Rudi managed and led a variety of teams such as banking operations and client service delivery, business change, operational risk management, credit and lending services, compliance, IT, operational tax and facilities.

Rudi recently performed a Business Model & Strategy Risk Assessment followed by the development and implementation of a Risk Management Framework. Other major projects Rudi recently sponsored and led included developing a third-party management framework, developing and implementing an IT Target Operating Model and bringing the digitisation of onboarding to the initiation stage.
