Paul is a Senior Consultant who brings a wide range of skills and experience to CBO. He is a specialist in both Programme Management and IT Architecture, having worked in both disciplines in Guernsey and Europe.  Born in the UK, he has a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford. His earlier career included working as a developer and designer for software houses in London, Bristol and Guernsey, before later moving into the Finance sector.

Paul has applied his varied skills in a number of industries, with experience including:

• Being Head of IT and Change in two regulated financial entities in Guernsey: one a bank, the other an insurance company
• Working as an Enterprise Architect for a global bank in Amsterdam, informed by his TOGAF qualification in IT Architecture
• A variety of Programme and Project Management roles, which have included foci on digital transformation, system migrations and implementations, and post-acquisition integration of companies.

Paul brings a wealth of knowledge, problem-solving skills, and solid communication to all clients, using industry insights to find them the right solutions.
