Lisa is a Consultant who has an extensive history in Project Services and Management having run complex and sensitive projects for UK entities, across the globe.

Lisa’s background includes working for a large multi-discipline company as an environment engineer/consultant and project manager. During these roles she honed many skills and gained a wealth of experience, including:

• Managing  large environmental impact assessment projects for international oil and gas clients including in sensitive environments including offshore Azerbaijan, large pipeline projects in Europe and LNG facilities in Africa.
• Managing multinational projects involving numerous internal and external stakeholders, writing project proposal bids and schedule management.
• Paying  close attention to detail to identify and resolve issues with project progress and deliverables.
• Successfully managing environmental consent support and environmental design compliance during project phases for a range of oil and gas projects.

At CBO, Lisa assists clients with project management using her extensive experience and best practice methodologies. Her strengths include areas such as programme management and financial and management controls. She is adept at leading and managing a project team and liaising with the client to identify potential issues, mitigate any impact and identify solutions.
