Laura’s experience in various roles across the finance industry and project management span 22 years, with previous roles including those in trust management and compliance.

She has worked on multiple successful projects, including:

  • Government procurement for a case management solution,
  • The implementation of a court-based evidence management system,
  • Overseeing a communication strategy for a large UK retail bank,
  • Government procurement for the acquisition of a Computer Aided Dispatch technology, enabling emergency service dispatches to repond faster and collaborate.
  • The implementation of upgraded telephony for an emergency services control room,
  • Creating/ supporting the introduction of a new Service Desk solution for Ports of Jersey.

Laura has strong skills and qualifications, including the BCS Certificat in Requirements Engineering, Prince2 Practitioner and Prince2 Agile Practitioner, APMG Change Management Practitioner, and she a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.

As an effective communicator, listener and collaborator, Laura is passionate about finding solutions and demonstrating best practice throughout all manner of projects.
