Catriona is an experienced senior leader with extensive programme and project management practise, mainly in the sport and leisure sector. She joined CBO to lead their Jersey office, and previously held the role of CEO of Jersey Sport. Through various roles, Catriona has extensive experience designing and implementing corporate governance arrangements and managing special purpose and arm’s length organisations, including:

• being Programme Director for the Government of Jersey, undertaking a major review of their Sports Facilities, as part of the CEO of Jersey Sports role,
•  leading the development of Scotland’s Performance Centre for Sport from the bid stage through construction and into operation,
• holding several senior roles managing large sport and leisure facilities and in sports development
• being seconded to Jersey’s Contact Tracing Team at the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic, supporting the set-up of their operation and automation of the contact tracing process and development of the app.

Catriona also has strong knowledge and experience in people planning, training, and developing large teams to drive improved customer service and revenue.  Catriona is highly skilled in change management, ‘troubleshooting’ problem business areas and staff groups and turning service around.
