Camilla is a Senior Consultant with a wide range of extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, as well as leading change management initiatives across diverse business areas within both the private and public sectors.

Her experience includes leading the business governance and support team for a UK government department to deliver change management initiatives, including digital implementations and department restructures. In previous roles she also provided risk management consultancy services to major offshore infrastructure projects across Europe, and project managed complex construction projects.

Camilla works collaboratively with organisations to design, implement and embed change at all levels to facilitate innovation and growth. She enjoys leading small and large teams to deliver successful results and has extensive stakeholder relationship management experience. She is passionate about continuous learning and professional development and has several degrees including a Master of Science and PhD.
