Amanda is a Chartered HR professional (MCIPD) with over 20 years’ experience supporting businesses in delivering best HR practice, advisory services and operational efficiency. Her experience spans multi-jurisdictional delivery within financial services, legal practice, and professional training services. 

Amanda joined CBO as Head of People to help strengthen our people, culture and development initiatives, whilst supporting the next phase of our business growth. As a passionate people ambassador and communicator, she thrives on building and maintaining business relationships and is a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team.

She is particularly focussed on preserving the unique culture of CBO, enhancing the employee experience and embedding strong core values whilst ensuring everyone has an active part to play in the long-term business vision and growth.

Outside work, Amanda enjoys regular weekend hikes with friends and family, outdoor yoga and immersing herself in photography, art and all things creative.
