Alice is a Consultant, who specialises in providing project support services to our clients. After 10 years of working in the public sector focussing on project and programme management, Alice has been working as part of the CBO team for the past 3 years utilising her experience to provide valued support to our clients in delivering their projects.

Alice has worked on a wide variety of projects, including:

• Software implementation
• Cost efficiency projects
• Target Operating Model development
• Regulatory compliance

In addition to working on projects with our clients, Alice also undertakes a key operational role within the CBO business which has been a welcome addition as CBO continues to grow.
