Karen coordinates and drives our HR activity, leveraging the experience she has gained from a varied career spanning tax, accounting, operations, and HR.

Karen has led teams across various organisations, held a senior HR role, and worked within the change and project management profession.  She is well placed to help us achieve our ambition to be the employer that the Channel Islands’ project and change professionals aspire to work for.

Karen’s role is to support the development and delivery of our People Strategy. Recruitment is a key focus as the business continues to grow. The development and well-being of all the team continues to be at the heart of our people plan, and Karen supports us in achieving this.
