These roles spanned across tax, finance, HR and business change. In her operational roles Karen has led a variety of teams, managed client service delivery and been involved as a sponsor and lead in technology, process and people projects.
In her most recent roles Karen has been part of the leadership team on a global ERP implementation, with a focus on business readiness. She has also introduced business process management – effective capturing, reviewing and refining of end-to-end processes – in a large global commercial organisation and a global private equity house.
