Andy is a Senior Consultant with a varied career spanning the armed services, human resources, logistics and operations.

He provides management consultancy services and project management for our clients, building on the experience he has gained in consultancy and senior operational roles across multiple sectors.

Such experiences and projects at CBO have included:

• delivery of scoping solutions and consultancy for the States of Guernsey as part of an ongoing efficiency and change programme
• assisting delivery of a project replacing and upgrading infrastructure for a Jersey client across the island

Andy spent 17 years as a Regular British Army officer and is continuing his service serving officer in the Army Reserve.  He has also worked in a variety of senior roles for local and international companies, many of them people and operations-focused, in the United Arab Emirates, Guernsey, Jersey and Jamaica. A graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, and the Universities of Portsmouth and Loughborough. He holds a Master’s in Leadership and Management; a Postgraduate Diploma in Security Management; the ICA Diploma in Compliance, and is a PRINCE 2 Practitioner.
