We are seeking an experienced, part-time, HR Coordinator to bolster our growth and development, and to support our team. This is an excellent role for someone with both the professional know-how, and the warmth and positivity, to guide our team through a busy modern workplace.
If you’ve proven experience as a HR practitioner, and an open, friendly and can-do attitude, then this role could put you at the heart of CBO.
This is a varied role, with day-to-day activities ranging from resourcing to team development. The key responsibilities for the role include the following:
- Coordinating the delivery of recruitment campaigns;
- Leading effective and smooth onboarding for new joiners;
- Administrating our mover and leaver processes, ensuring that people are equipped for new roles, and enabling us to learn from the experiences of any departing employee;
- Managing our ‘Pathway’ process, ensuring that people are supported to achieve rewarding personal development goals;
- Maintaining, and ensuring compliance with, our training standards;
- Supporting the management of employee relations issues, such as the application of our performance, disciplinary, grievance and special leave policies;
- Working with our Chief People Officer, and the wider Management team, to ensure that we maintain a vibrant, positive and high performing culture.
We are looking for someone with a minimium of 2 years experience in the HR profession, who is going to enjoy the opportunities and challenges that CBO provide, namely:
- Working with a company that is people-focussed, has a clear and demonstrable track record of investing in its team’s professional development and wellbeing, and a high performing and welcoming culture;
- Contributing to the maturing and professionalising the HR operations of a rapidly growing company;
- Supporting the company’s establishment of a team in a second jurisdiction;
- Experience of coordinating operational HR processes, preferably including a significant focus on recruitment;
- A formal HR qualification is desirable.
