Susan Watson is a Senior Consultant at CBO with over 15 years’ experience as a consultant providing business analysis, project management and related support to organisations.
Susan focuses on providing high-quality project management and business analysis to Channel Islands-based organisations, working on projects in the finance, legal, pharmaceutical, gambling and criminal justice sectors. Susan’s skills also extend to system development, with particular strengths in business intelligence and management reporting. Susan has significant experience in delivering bespoke software solutions, implementing off-the-shelf systems, and project managing entire system upgrades and replacements.
